
Ivana Gadjanski
Ivana Gadjanski is a Research Fellow and Senior Scientific Consultant at BioSense Institute – EU Center of Excellence for Advanced Technologies in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security, Novi Sad, Serbia.She received her PhD in Biology from the Georg August University and Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry (Goettingen, Germany). She was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at Columbia University, where she worked in Gordana Vunjak Novakovic’s Lab for Stem cells and Tissue engineering. She was also selected as a Young Scientist at World Economic Forum. She is establishing Laboratory for cellular agriculture in BioSense Institute and coordinates GFI-funded project on monitoring of cell culture parameters using sensors for biomass and nutrients/metabolites in media. She also coordinates EU-funded project DRAGON GA 810755 on data-driven precision agriculture with Wageningen University (NL) and AgriEpi Center (UK) as partners.
